Several researchers across the world have established with scientific evidence the effects of Yoga, Mudras and Dance. Takadhimi has developed an Indian dance course that uses the power of Indian dance while keeping the entertainment aspect high. The students who practice Indian dance have reported a strong decrease in stress and increase in focus, balance and relaxation.
On the 28th of April Rajesh Rapaka the founding instructors of Takadhimi shall be giving a free session on the introduction to Indian Dance at ATÖLYE!
