You’ve probably never tried this diet program before! İrem and İnci will be talking about ”the Fasting Diet” which has been quite popular lately. The aim of this diet is of course to lose weight; but also focusing on burning fat without compromising the muscles, preventing excessive glucose storage in the body, and consuming healthy food as we exercise. We’ll be waiting for you all to the event for discussing the non-existing limits in this diet for which you choose your proper fasting/eating periods, and its beneficial sides.
