Navigating Arabic Facilitation*
Join us for our 6th Volume of Facilitation Jam with Qabas Shaer to explore the dynamics and cultural nuances of facilitating with Arabic-speaking audiences.
Having facilitated many workshops in the UAE and across the Middle East, Qabas will share insights, challenges, and learnings from her facilitation journey over the years. Topics that will be covered include: challenges related to the use of the Arabic language in design thinking, the impact of terminology on session outcomes, and cultural nuances across English vs. Arabic-speaking audiences.
The session will also include an interactive, playful activity to capture participants’ insights on the topic, as well as a group discussion to share and learn from each other’s experiences.
