Creators at Home #2: Didem Kendik

Our beloved event series Yeni Yaratıcılar, moderated by Yalçın Pembecioğlu co-organized by ATÖLYE and Bigumigu is turning virtual! The new event sub-series titled “Evdeki Yaratıcılar” – Creators at Home, brings together new discoveries with former guests, focusing on the creative processes, inspiration and personal stories of artists and designers in the period of pandemic and social isolation.

The second guest of our series is Didem Kendik, an Istanbul based freelance photographer. Didem conceives the world as photo stories and captures effortless, natural scenes from everyday life. Using photography as both an artistic medium and a tool for communication, she has been experiencing events, festivals, concerts, nature, cities, food, products, and venues and creating unique scenes for various brands for the past 6 years.
