Given every three years, the Aga Khan Award for Architecture is one of the most prestigious awards focused on architecture, planning practices, historic preservation, and landscape architecture. It seeks to identify and encourage building concepts which are located in countries where Muslims have a significant presence and which successfully address the needs and aspirations of these societies.
