ATÖLYE and Koç University partner for KARMA Lab

Founded with the support of Istanbul Development Agency, Koç University’s KARMA Mixed Reality Lab was designed to develop next-generation interfaces for creative industries; conduct research using interactive design tools and concepts such as virtual reality and augmented reality technologies, IOT, biosensors, digital twin, 3D environments, and photogrammetry; as well as to train experts in these fields.


KARMA Lab will host a Virtual and Augmented Reality Training Program from February 18 to October 18, 2019. The 40 participants chosen from the applicant pool will be able to receive one-on-one and applied training from mentors at KARMA Lab, free of cost.


Established as part of the Koç University-Arçelik Research Center for Creative Industries (KUAR), KARMA Lab will offer weekly training sessions at Koç University’s Rumelifeneri Campus, which will be broadcast in real time at partner institutions ATÖLYE and K-WORKS.
