A little bird told us that Eser, who hosted last week’s Analog Photography 101 course, has a mother who works as a T’ai Chi instructor. We wanted to turn this coincidence into an opportunity for our community, so we’ve arranged for an hour-and-a-half-long T’ai Chi lesson! T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a meditative exercise that relies on slow and fluid movements. With a history of almost 5000 years, this practice of self-defense is also ideal for those who wish to find balance and lead a healthy, energetic life. Join us this evening as we practice T’ai Chi to relieve ourselves from stress and exhaustion after a long day.
*You only need comfortable clothes and a pair of shoes with thin soles to practice T’ai Chi.
